1. Non-Commercial Fan Archive
Rahmanify is an independent, non-commercial fan project dedicated to celebrating and indexing the musical work of composer A. R. Rahman. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by A. R. Rahman, K. M. Music Conservatory, or any official record label.
All trademarks, artist names, film titles, and album names belong to their respective copyright holders.
2. Audio & Video Streaming Embeds & Platform Compliance
Rahmanify does not host, store, upload, or distribute proprietary audio files, MP3s, or video media on its servers. Media playback is facilitated strictly through official, public, third-party player embeds and developer APIs provided by YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music.
• YouTube API Services Compliance: Playback uses YouTube's standard IFrame Player API in full compliance with YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies. No content is ripped, converted, downloaded, or separated from its native video stream.
• Royalties & Content ID Attribution: All playback events, stream counts, and engagement metrics directly accrue to the respective artists, composers, and record labels via YouTube Content ID and official streaming counters.
• Advertising Delivery: Rahmanify does not inject, intercept, bypass, or alter third-party ads. All advertising delivery decisions and monetization settings are governed exclusively by Google/YouTube and the content rights holders.
• Rights Holder Controls: Embedding permissions are determined by the respective content owners. Disabling external embedding in YouTube Studio or platform settings automatically restricts playback on Rahmanify.
3. Catalog Metadata & Fair Use
Film metadata, track titles, lyrics snippets, and poster artwork are compiled for educational, archival, and informational purposes under Fair Use guidelines.

4. Fan-Made Tags & Database Scope Notice
Fan-Made Tags & Classifications: All tags, moods, vibes, musical styles, pacing labels, and thematic categories across songs and collections are entirely fan-made and community-curated for analytical and discovery purposes. They do not represent official genre assignments or metadata from music publishers or record labels.
Database Scope & Record Accuracy: The data, statistics, collaboration counts, and discography listings displayed on Rahmanify reflect only the actual records compiled within our internal database. They are provided for informational and fan research purposes and may not represent the complete or original record label archives or rights holders' master registries.
